基于Matlab GUI的医学图像处理仿真系统设计

Design of medical image processing simulation system based on Matlab GUI

摘要: 由于医疗器械成像原理、人体器官蠕动等外界因素的影响,针对医学图像中噪声污染、细节信息隐藏、组织边界模糊等问题,设计了基于 Matlab GUI 的医学图像处理仿真系统。该系统具有对 DICOM 格式图像进行图像增强、图像滤波、图像分割、形态学处理及边缘检测等功能。以人体胆囊结石医学超声图像为研究对象,对仿真系统测试表明,经处理后的图像拥有更好的可视度,有效提高了原图像的图像质量,丰富了图像信息量。该系统界面友好、参数调节灵活、操作简单,可转化为. exe可执行文件,脱离Matlab环境运行,方便用户使用。

Abstract: Due to the influence of external factors such as medical imaging principle and human organ peristalsis,a medical image processing simulation system based on Matlab GUI(Graphical User Interface)was designed for the problems of noise pollution,detail information hiding and tissue boundary blur in medical images. The system has functions such as image enhancement,image filtering,image segmentation,morphological processing and edge detection for DICOM(Digital Imaging COmmunications in Medicine)format images. Taking the medical ultrasound image of human gallbladder stone as the research object,the simulation system test shows that the processed image has better visibility than the original image, which effectively improves the image quality and enriches the image information. The system has friendly interface,flexible parameter adjustment and simple operation. It can be converted into . exe executable file and run away from Matlab environment,which is convenient for users.
