Network coding based reliable data transmission policy in wireless sensor network

摘要: 结合网络编码理论,提出了一种适应于无线传感器网络环境的可靠数据传输策略——MGrowth Codes,通过基于梯度的有向路由,保证所有数据都朝着汇聚节点的方向汇聚。另外该数据传输策略还可以实现利用编码包实现对其他编码包的解码操作,进一步增强了数据的可恢复性。经过网络仿真验证表明MGrowth Codes策略能有效提高无线传感器网络的吞吐量并改善数据传输的可靠性。

Abstract: With reference to network coding theory, a reliable data transmission policy,MGrowth Codes was proposed, for wireless sensor network environment. Through a gradientbased routing design, all data can converge to sink node (Sink). In addition, the data transmission policy can also use encoded packet to decode other encoded packets, which can further enhance the data recoverability. After the network simulation, MGrowth Codes can effectively increase the throughput of the wireless sensor network and improve the reliability of data transmission.
