基于图像分析的蔬菜食叶害虫识别技术

摘要: 为实现蔬菜食叶害虫计算机识别和虫害程度的科学评价,提出通过虫食菜叶确定害虫的反向识别方法。对虫食菜叶图像预处理后,自动提取虫食菜叶图像圆度、复杂度、球形度等7个形状特征值,并构建BP神经网络模型进行识别。实验结果表明,该方法能很好地通过虫食菜叶的几何特征识别害虫种类,为科学防治和害虫危害程度评价提供科学依据。

Abstract: To achieve the computer recognition of vegetable leafeating pests and the scientific evaluation of pest level's, the paper proposed a reverse identification method through the eaten leaves to determine the pests. After image preprocessing of the eaten leaves by pests, seven spherical shape feature values of eaten leaves could be automatically extracted: roundness degree, complexity degree, and spherical degree, etc., and then the BP neural network model for recognition could be built up. The results show that the method is good at recognizing the pest species by the geometric feature of eaten leaves by pests, and give a scientific evaluation for the leaf's harm degree.
