Abstract：Business ontology is formal representation of business conceptual model and it has significant value in developing reusable business model. This paper analyzed the limitation of exiting ontology development and representation method, and then put forward the activity-oriented business ontology development method and expatiated the business ontology representation method based on UML-OCL.
