深水泵叶轮磨蚀特性的加权多步混沌法

摘要: 以某水厂1~6号机组采用的日本荏原公司500VYM水泵大修数据为基础,分析了长江水系含沙水体对抽水泵叶轮磨蚀的原理及危害。提出采用混沌理论的方法对叶轮磨蚀特性进行预测,为各机组开机调度,大修时间,人员与经费安排,昂贵备件的购置等提供决策支持。

Abstract: Based on complete overhaul log files data of a water factory 1~6 pump sets, which applied 500VYM pumps of Ebara corporation limited, the principle of sandiness water ablate box-shrouded impeller and its serious affects were analyzed. Chaos theory was adopted to forecast ablation feature of impeller, which could be used to plan pump sets duty time, overhaul time, human and outlay arrangement, high-priced spare parts purchase, and so on. Analysis algorithm was derived and comparison experiment was done. The experimental results can provide reference to the dealing of similar questions.
