点样仪液滴频闪观测系统研制

Research of stroboscope system for checking droplets of microarrayer device

摘要: 点样仪喷射的液滴体积小,飞行速度快,喷射效果无法直接用裸眼观测。因此,研制了专用的频闪观测系统,对该系统软硬件设计的关键技术进了详细的论述。采用同步触发、延时闪光和背光照明等技术,获取了清晰的液滴图像。在软件界面上交互设定液滴搜索区域,通过图像处理提取每个液滴的外轮廓,计算液滴的大小、数量、飞行角度等信息,自动判断喷液效果是否合格。所研制的系统具有成本低,体积小,使用方便,功能完善等优点。

Abstract: It is difficult to observe the droplets of microarrayer device with naked eye because they are small in size and fast in speed. Therefore, a special stroboscope system was developed. In this paper, the design of the systems key hardware and software technologies were described in detail. The technologies of synchronized triggering, delayed flashing and backlight illumination were adopted to obtain a clear image of the droplets. The droplets search region was set interactively on the software interface, and the spray effect was automatically determined based on the information of the droplets, such as size, number and flight angles, which were calculated through the outside contour of each droplet extracted by image processing. The developed system is easy to use and fully functional with low cost and small size.
