基于总线环混合结构的可靠组播协议

Reliable multicast protocol based on hybrid bus-ring architecture

摘要: 在分析现有可靠组播协议中网络开销与网络扩展性的冲突问题后,提出了一种基于总线环型混合拓扑结构的可靠组播协议BRMP(Bus-ring Reliable Multicast Protocol), 并从体系结构、覆盖网的建立、可靠性等多个方面对BRMP进行分析,叙述了该可靠组播协议的实现原理以及实现机制。仿真实验结果表明,基于NACK的BRMP协议减少了发送端的网络开销并且具有良好的可扩展性。

Abstract: The paper first discusses the conflict between the network overhead and the scalability of the existing reliable multicast protocol, then proposes a Bus-ring Reliable Multicast Protocol (BRMP), and analyses it in the view of architecture,the establishment of coverage network, reliability etc. In addition, it describes the reliability of multicast protocol in the realization of the principle and implementation mechanism. The simulation results indicate that BRMP based on NACK could achieves much lower network overhead and better scalability.
