Abstract: The paper first discusses the conflict between the network overhead and the scalability of the existing reliable multicast protocol, then proposes a Bus-ring Reliable Multicast Protocol (BRMP), and analyses it in the view of architecture，the establishment of coverage network, reliability etc. In addition, it describes the reliability of multicast protocol in the realization of the principle and implementation mechanism. The simulation results indicate that BRMP based on NACK could achieves much lower network overhead and better scalability.
