基于信息熵与证据推理的不确定多属性决策方法

Uncertain multiattribute decision making method based on entropy and evidential reasoning approach

摘要: 针对不确定多属性决策过程中信息特征呈多样化且属性权重完全未知时难以进行决策的问题,提出了一种基于不确定信息熵的权值计算方法。该方法首先将各种不确定信息转换到统一的信度框架下,计算出不确定信息熵从而获得属性客观权重值。该方法结合证据推理法可实现属性权重未知时不确定信息下的多属性决策。最后以应用实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: It is difficult to make decision when the information is diverse and the weight of attribute is unknown. A weight calculating method based on uncertain entropy was proposed in this paper to solve this problem. In this new method, both the complete and incomplete assessments of every attribute were transformed under unified belief framework, and the objective weight of every attribute could be calculated based on its entropy. With the Evidential Reasoning (ER) approach, the new weight calculating method could realize Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) based on uncertain entropy while the weight of attribute is unknown. A case was provided to illustrate the validity and feasibility of this method.
