摘要:

针对现有支撑结构生成算法中存在不稳定或耗材多等问题,提出并改进了一种树形支撑结构自动生成的方法。首先通过STL文件的拓扑重建,建立三角面片之间的邻接关系,然后基于等距离采样法获得待支撑点,通过待支撑点对应支撑锥的计算获得树形支撑结构每层的节点,最终自动生成树状支撑结构。此外,调整了支撑结构末端直径,增加支撑结构的稳定性和易剥除性。实验结果表明,在保证打印稳定性的前提下,该算法材料的消耗更低,支撑体更易剥离。

Abstract:

Insufficient instability and consumables in the existing support structure generation algorithm, an improved method of automatic generation of tree support structure is proposed. Firstly, the topology reconstruction of the STL file, the adjacency relationship between triangular patches is established. Then the points to be supported are obtained based on the equidistant sampling method. The nodes of each layer of the tree support structure are obtained through the calculation of the support cone corresponding to the support points, and finally the tree support structure is automatically generated. In addition, the end diameter of the support structure is also adjusted to increase the stability and ease of stripping of the support structure. The experimental results show that the method of this paper can effectively reduce the material consumption and support body who is more easily peeled off under the premise of ensuring the printing stability.
