工业仿真系统动态导入OBJ模型的研究与实现

Research and implementation of OBJ model imported into industrial simulation system dynamically

摘要: 针对以往系统用户无法导入自定义模型进行新的工业生产线制作、拓展度不高等问题,提出新的方式对 OBJ格式模型进行文件数据解析及模型的三维拓扑分析,并最终基于 Unity3D内核设计出一款基于网格编程的模型拓扑结构设计类库,实现软件的自定义动态导入及渲染。经过多次实验与测试,基于网格编程工作流的动态模型导入方式边面完整,无出现丢失情况,整体渲染效果与市面上的三维建模软件渲染效果一致。通过实验与研究可发现,该流程很好地解决了工业仿真系统无法构建自定义模型库、拓展度不高等问题,实现了虚拟仿真系统的多平台、多格式的模型导入。

Abstract: For the problem that users cannot import custom models for new industrial production line and the expansion degree is not high in previois industial simulation systemss,a new way is put forward to implement file data parsing and topology analysis for 3D OBJ model,and a topology design class library was disigned based on grid programming model according to Unity3D kernel. What’s more,custom dynamic import and rendering of software were achieved. Experiments and tests verified that the dynamic model import mode based on grid programming workflow is complete,and the overall rendering effect is consistent with that of 3D modeling software on the market. This process solves the problem that the industrial simulation system is unable to build a custom model base and the expansion degree is not high,realizing the multiplatform and multi-format model import of the virtual simulation system.
