面向交通安全的隧道群云监测系统

Abstract: Some defects exist in traditional management systems of highway tunnels, such as decentralized and independent management, lack of flexibility in each-part monitoring and low degree of visualization of disease details. Aiming at these problems above, a regional joint control and measurement concept of tunnel groups for traffic safety was proposed. Firstly, the scattered monitoring data of tunnels were integrated into a cloud database to realize the management of tunnel group. Secondly, a "division/combination" segmental monitoring method was designed to monitor the diseases at any position of tunnels. Thirdly, on the basis of GIS (Geographic Information System) map, JSP (Java Server Pages) technology and CANVAS technology, a visualized monitoring platform of disease monitoring of tunnel group for traffic safety of road network was established. Finally, the monitoring data were analyzed and processed real-timely and classified pre-warning of tunnel safety status was realized, so that traffic safety of road network could be judged. Experiments were carried out on the data set of tunnel diseases in a certain area. The results show that the proposed system realizes the functions such as tunnel group management, disease details visualization and tunnel safety classification; meanwhile, the system also has certain pre-warning ability for traffic safety of road network.

摘要: 传统的公路隧道管理系统存在管理独立分散、隧道各部位监测不够灵活、病害细节可视化程度较低等问题。针对以上问题,提出了一种面向交通安全的隧道群区域性联测联控理念。首先通过云数据库将众多隧道零散的监测数据整合到一起,实现隧道集群管理;其次设计了一种"分/合"式的分段方法以对隧道任意位置的病害进行监测;然后依托地理信息系统(GIS)地图并联合Java服务器页面(JSP)、CANVAS技术建立服务于路网交通安全的隧道群病害可视化监测平台;最后实时分析处理监测数据并对隧道安全状况进行分级预警,由此对路网交通安全作出评判。实验基于某一区域内的隧道病害数据集,结果表明所提系统实现了隧道集群管理、病害细节可视化和隧道安全分级等功能,同时,系统对路网交通安全也具备一定的预警能力。
