基于微服务的烟草工业产品研发业务中台的设计与实现

Abstract:

To solve the problems of inefficiency and high cost in the research and development of various types of cigarette products such as traditional cigarettes, new cigarettes, and cigars, a cigarette product development and development platform based on Microservices Architecture (MA) and business middle office idea was constructed. The platform functions and performance were ensured to meet the requirements through the processes such as requirement analysis, design and development, testing as well as checking and acceptance, online deployment, operation, and maintenance monitoring, upgradation and optimization. The needs such as business, data, users, and scalability were fully considered by the system module design, so as to cover key modules such as research and development process management, formula management, technique management, quality control, data management, user management, and system management. During the implementation phase, technological strategies such as iterative development, code specification, testing policies, security policies, and deployment policies were adopted to ensure quality and stability of the platform. The construction of this platform can effectively improve research and development efficiency, reduce cost, and bring competitive advantages to cigarette enterprises.

摘要:

为解决传统烟、新烟和雪茄烟等多种类型卷烟产品研发过程中存在的效率低、成本高等问题,构建一套基于微服务架构(MA)和业务中台理念的卷烟产品研发平台。通过需求分析、设计开发、测试验收、上线部署、运维监控和升级优化等流程,确保平台的功能和性能满足需求。在系统模块的设计上充分考虑业务、数据、用户和可扩展性等需求,从而涵盖研发流程管理、配方管理、工艺管理、品质控制、数据管理、用户管理和系统管理等关键模块。而在实现阶段,采用迭代开发、代码规范、测试策略、安全策略和部署策略等技术策略,从而确保了平台的质量和稳定性。该平台的建设能有效提高研发效率、降低成本,并为卷烟企业带来竞争优势。
