Bearing life prediction method based on dynamic knowledge embedding

In practical industrial scenarios, the significant divergence in bearing state evolution caused by complex operating conditions imposes dual constraints on bearing life prediction: incomplete mechanism understanding and distribution shift in monitoring data. Although the existing data-driven methods perform well under stable conditions, they suffer from strong reliance on annotated data and limited generalization capability under rappidly changing conditions. To address these issues,a method for Bearing Life Prediction based on Dynamic Knowledge embedding (DK-BLP) was proposed in this paper. The method dynamically integrated data-driven features and domain prior knowledge. Firstly, a dynamic knowledge graph was constructed, the prior knowledge of bearing degradation was encoded into computable triplets, and a sliding window confidence mechanism was introduced, so as to realize adaptive updating of domain knowledge. Second, relational graph convolutional networks were used to extract physically meaningful embedding vectors, which were then fused cross-modally with time-frequency features of vibration signals extracted by hierarchical convolutional networks. Finally, dynamic interactions between features and knowledge were modeled by using a multi-head self-attention Transformer, thereby allowing the model to adaptively balance the contributions of data features and mechanistic knowledge. Experimental results on the PHM2012 and XJTU datasets demonstrate that the proposed method significantly improves the accuracy of cross-condition bearing life prediction.

New disparity estimation method for multiview video based on Mean Shift

Concerning the high computation complexity of disparity estimation for multiview video encoding, a new method for disparity estimation based on Mean Shift was proposed. The relationship between disparity vector and motion vector in the spatio-temporal domain was analyzed, and the prediction disparity vector was calculated. The initial searching position for disparity matching was confirmed to be the initial value of iteration calculation by Mean Shift, and the macroblock's optimum matching in reference frame was achieved. The experimental results show that the proposed method can save more than 94% encoding time with a negligible drop in rate distortion compared with the full search algorithm. Compared to the fast searching algorithm, this method saves more than 10% encoding time and improves rate distortion.

Through reconstructing business process, reinforcing business supervising and controlling and so on, the necessity of integrating Office Automation (OA) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) was pointed out. On the basis of the analysis of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), OA and ERP integration scheme based on SOA was proposed. Through constructing workflow platform and SOA, integration of OA and ERP could be realized with low cost and high efficiency, which can provide the business process restructuring platform for the enterprise and improve the enterprise's competitive ability.

Dynamic evolution method for embedded systems

Concerning the dynamic evolution and QoS requirement problems of embedded application systems, an embedded component model - ESIM model was outlined. The dynamic evolution method of the ESIM model was discussed, including the evolution strategy and process, and the discussion stressed the check of the dynamic evolution request according to the QoS layer contract, the evolution contract and the resource consumption information. Simulation results show that the dynamic evolution system of the ESIM is better for solving the state transmission, resources occupation and realtime ability problems, as the duration and resource consumption of the evolution are predictable.
