Concerning the problems that the traditional Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) ignores the context and semantic information of words and loses a lot of feature information in maximal pooling processing, the traditional Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) has information memory loss and vanishing gradient, and both CNN and RNN ignore the importance of words to sentence meaning, a model based on parallel hybrid network and attention mechanism was proposed. First, the text was vectorized with Glove. After that, the CNN and the bidirectional threshold recurrent neural network were respectively used to extract text features with different characteristics through the embedding layer. Then, the features extracted by two networks were fused. And the attention mechanism was introduced to judge the importance of different words to the meaning of sentence. Multiple sets of comparative experiments were performed on the English corpus of IMDB. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed model in text classification reaches 91.46% and F1-Measure reaches 91.36%.

Journal of Computer Applications    2019, 39 (11): 3328-3332.   DOI: 10.11772/j.issn.1001-9081.2019040635

The task scheduling of Genetic Algorithm (GA) in cloud environment has problems such as poor optimization ability and unstable results. For the above problems, a Variance-Directional Variation GA (V-DVGA) was proposed. In the selection part, multiple selections were made in the process of each iteration, and the mathematical variance was used to ensure the diversity of the population and expand the search range of the better solution. In the intersection part, a new intersection mechanism was established to enrich the diversity of the population and improve the overall fitness of the population. In the variation part, the variation method was improved, the directional variation was used on the basis of the traditional variation to increase the optimization ability of the algorithm. The cloud environment simulation experiments were carried out on the workflowSim platform, and the proposed algorithm was compared with the classical GA and the current Workflow Scheduling Algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm (CWTS-GA). The experimental results show that under the same setting conditions, the proposed algorithm is superior to the other two algorithms in terms of execution efficiency, optimization ability and stability, and is an effective task scheduling algorithm in cloud computing environment.

Aiming at the problem of high cost and long time consumption of updating the electronic map in navigation system, a new road judgment and electron map updating algorithm based on failure data screening was proposed, which utilized the circumstances of unsuccessful matching between the history GPS track of floating vehicle and the current electronic map. First of all, the main direction of the travel path was judged by calculating the horizontal and vertical spans of all the failure points. Secondly, elegant point screening was used to cull the misregistration groups of data points due to the malfunction of the on-board GPS equipment; then the linear least square method was used for the linear fitting of failure-matching abnormal trajectory to determine the position and direction of the track; the positioning data point groups with large error were culled by angle screening. Finally, the screened trajectory data was fused and ordered by the main direction. Combined with the road network structure of electronic map, the new road was inserted into the current road network according to the matching results of the endpoints of the new road. Experiments were conducted on the electronic map of a local area network of some city. Experimental results show that the method can accurately determine and screen the new road, and rightly insert the new road into the current network structure of the electronic map.

Concerning the issue of route-transition by helicopter towing arming of mine-hunting and mine-sweeping, three patterns of route-transition were put forward. Through analyzing the swerve characteristics of helicopter and the real movement of underwater towed cable system, the kinematic model of swerving process was established, the complexity of fluid dynamics was avoided and the calculation rate was advanced. Finally, the correctness was testified by examples of three flight states by helicopter towing arming of mine-hunting and mine-sweeping. Through increasing velocity of helicopter, the underwater towed cable system was fast close to the beeline sea-lane, the result was in accordance with the real movement. The trajectory of swerving process of route-transition by helicopter towing arming of mine-hunting and mine-sweeping was truly reflected, and the result can be used for decision-making of route optimization and operation scheme.

Journal of Computer Applications    2013, 33 (07): 1922-1925.   DOI: 10.11772/j.issn.1001-9081.2013.07.1922
Abstract832)      PDF (758KB)(593)       Save
The convergence speed of Artificial Glowworm Swarm Optimization (AGSO) algorithm declines, even falls into local minimums, when some glowworms gather in non whole extreme points or some glowworms wander around aimlessly. Concerning this problem, an AGSO algorithm based on adaptive t distribution mixed mutation was proposed. Adaptive t distribution mutation and optimization adjustment mutation was introduced into the AGSO algorithm to improve the diversity of glowworm swarm, and prevent the AGSO algorithm from falling into local minimums. Mutation control factor was defined. Combining history status information, the description of adaptive t distribution mixed mutation was given. The mutation method could enhance ability of global exploration and local development. The emulation results of representative test functions and many application examples show that the proposed algorithm is reliable and efficient. Meanwhile, this algorithm is better than tradition algorithm in terms of speed and precision for seeking the optimum.

Abstract1225)      PDF (454KB)(970)       Save
Automatic initialization becomes the hot issue in the tracking of augmented reality. The paper based on Virtual Visual Servoing (VVS) tracking algorithm used randomized trees as the classification technique and treated the feature point matching as a classification problem. Then, a linear pose computation method was used to estimate the initial camera position. Finally, the fast veracity was verified and the method had a better performance.
