Abstract：To make up for the deficiency of traditional labs, an Internet-based electrical and electronic virtual remote laboratory was introduced, in which a unified object-oriented language Modelica was used for modeling and simulation. The architecture and the internal mechanism of the virtual remote lab operation were elaborated. Two subsystems, the analog circuit system and the plate angle control experiment system were introduced as examples. The modeling of the analog circuit system was achieved by calling the Modelica standard library. The plate angle control experiment system was divided into modulars and the simulation models of each modular were built by Modelica. The scalable model library was established, and on the basis of it, the plate angle control experiment system was constructed. The two subsystems were simulated on the virtual platform and the results were consistent with theoretical calculations.
