Abstract: Abstract: Focusing on the problem that most rural outside young man workers who are unable to return home to participate in the projects agreed and exercise their right to supervise the implementation of projects and other practical problems. Villager self-construction information publication and voting system was proposed to be developed based on Mobile Internet Technology. The system provides the business support for the villagers’ queries, voting and evaluation , etc. Through the development, deployment and implementation of this system, the practical problems were solved in the process of the projects construction in Chengdu surrounding countryside. The results show that this system greatly facilitates the villager’s queries, resolutions and supervision of the projects and improves the working efficiency of rural small-scale infrastructure construction. With the mobile Internet technology is applied to this project, villagers can exercise their right to supervise and agreed the project by the mobile end device. This system eliminates the inconvenient due to the geographical factors and fully embodies the advantages of mobile Internet technology.
