摘要: 摘 要: 摘 要: 针对机场跑道的功能性毁伤评估问题,本文提出了一种基于图像分析的机场跑道功能性毁伤评估方法。首先提取弹坑区域作为训练样本;然后通过字典学习得到判别字典;再基于各检测窗口稀疏编码的响应实现弹坑检测,标定弹坑后进行二值化处理得到弹坑散布二值图像;最后,在减少计算量和避免冗余扫描方面,对传统的最小起降窗口搜索算法进行改进,利用改进的搜索算法对机场跑道上的弹坑散布二值图像进行扫描,得到有效起降窗口个数、起降窗口个数余留比和起降窗口长度余留比,建立模型做出毁伤评估。利用真实图像数据进行实验,实验表明:该方法适用于小样本问题,弹坑检测正确率高于90%,漏检率低于5%,检测效果良好,且能够仅利用打击后图像对机场跑道毁伤效果做出合理评估。

Abstract: Abstract: Focusing on the airport runway functional damage assessment,an airport runway functional damage assessment method based on image analysis was proposed. First, every crater region was extracted as training sample. Next, a discriminative dictionary was learned. Then the appearance of crater was determined based on the response of its sparse coding for each detection window, and the craters spread binary image was obtained after locking crater location. On this basis, an improved minimum flying-off window search algorithm was proposed, with which the quantity of valid flying-off windows , the residual ratio of quantity and the residual ratio of length was obtained by scanning the craters spread binary image, then damage assessment was realized by making use of the three indicators. The experiment results in real image database show that the proposed algorithm is suitable for small size problem, the crater detection accuracy rate is above 90% and the omission rate is below 5%, a reasonable and feasible functional damage assessment of airport runways is obtained just by making use of attacked images.
