Multicast Routing of Power Grid Based on DR Constraints

摘要: 智能电网多播路由通信中,通常存在只考虑多播通信的时延约束而没有考虑电网需求侧带负载的情况,所构建的多播树会出现控制信息传输到大功率负载设备的通信时延较大的问题。本文针对这一问题提出一种考虑负载功率和通信时延的多播树构造方法,称为基于需求响应(Demand Response,DR)能力约束的多播路由算法。该算法在满足目的节点DR能力约束的条件下,构造较低费用的多播树。仿真结果表明该算法能够有效地构造满足约束条件的多播树,与基于时延约束的多播路由算法相比时,该算法能够使信息传输到大功率负载设备的时延减小,提高智能电网中需求响应的可靠性。

Abstract: In the multicast routing of smart grid, the delay constraint is usually considered, but power load is not be considered for multicast tree construction. Such multicast tree construction will cause that there is a large communication latency from the control center to the high power load devices in power grid. To address this multicast routing problem in smart grid, a multicast routing is presented in this paper. It introduces a multicast tree construction method considering both load power and communication delay, which is called multicast routing algorithm based on DR capability constraint. The presented algorithm constructs a lower cost multicast tree under the condition that the DR capability of the destination is constrained. The simulation results show that the presented algorithm can effectively construct the multicast tree satisfying the constraint condition. Compared with the multicast routing algorithm based on the delay constraint, it can reduce the communication latency from the control center to the high power load devices in power grid , which improve the reliability of demand response in smart grid.
