Abstract: Abstract: Aiming at the lack of consideration of the psychological behavior of decision makers in software quality evaluation methods, a TODIM software quality evaluation model based on interval 2-tuple linguistics is proposed. The model first uses interval 2-tuple to characterize the evaluation information of experts for software quality. Secondly, the subjective and objective weights of software quality attributes ware calculated by subjective weighting method and approximate ideal solution ranking method (TOPSIS). On this basis, the comprehensive weights of software quality attributes ware obtained by combined weighting method. In order to better describe the psychological behavior of experts in the process of software quality evaluation, TODIM was introduced into software quality evaluation. Finally, the model was used to evaluate the quality of high-speed railway dispatching software. The result shows that the third software has the highest dominance value and its quality is the best. Then, the evaluation results of the model are compared with the evaluation results of the Regret Theory and preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluations (PROMETHEE). It is found that the three are consistent in the selection of the best quality software, but the overall ranking of the three is somewhat different. The difference indicates that the constructed model has strong superiority in describing the interaction between multiple criteria and the psychological behavior of decision-makers.

摘要： 对软件质量评价方法中缺乏考虑决策者心理行为的问题，提出一种基于区间二元语义的交互式多准则决策(TODIM)软件质量评价模型。首先，通过区间二元语义来表征专家对于软件质量的评价信息；其次，利用主观赋权法和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)分别计算软件质量属性的主客观权重，在此基础上通过组合赋权法获取软件质量属性的综合权重；为更好的刻画专家在软件质量评价过程中的心理行为，随后将TODIM引入到软件质量评价中；最后利用该模型对高速铁路调度系统的助理调度员终端进行软件质量评价，结果表明第3款软件的占优度值最高，其质量最优。同时将该模型的评价结果与后悔理论方法以及偏好序结构排序法(PROMETHEE)的评价结果进行对比分析，发现三种方法在质量最优软件的选取方面具有一致性，但三者的总体排序有所差异，说明所构建模型在描述多准则的交互关系和决策者的心理行为具有较强的优越性。
