摘要: 基于视情维修方法的维修系统是复杂的动力学系统,其不同构成要素之间的相互作用导致维修系统的动态变化。通过分析视情维修的内涵,以舰载机的战备完好性为目标,运用系统动力学(SD)方法,并应用专用软件VENSIM分析视情维修条件下舰载机维修保障系统内部各要素的反馈控制结构,建立视情维修条件下舰载机战备完好性的系统动力学模型。仿真模型的运行结果表明,将视情维修方法引入舰载机维修保障,可有效提高舰载机的战备完好性

Abstract: The maintenance system based on Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) is a complex dynamic system. The interaction between the different elements leads to dynamic changes in the maintenance system. By analyzing the nature of condition-based maintenance, taking the carrier-based aircraft readiness as the research target, using the method of System Dynamics (SD), and the simulation software VENSIM special to analyze the feedback control structure of internal elements in the condition-based carrier aircraft maintenance support system, the SD model based on the condition-based maintenance for operational readiness of the carrier-based aircraft was established. The simulation results operated by the SD model show that the condition-based maintenance method introduced into the carrier aircraft maintenance support system can effectively improve the carrier aircrafts operational readiness.
