基于Agent的混合流水车间动态调度系统研究

Research on Agent-based Hybrid Flow Shop Dynamic Scheduling Problem

摘要: 针对敏捷制造调度环境的不确定性、动态性以及混合流水车间调度问题的特点,研究了基于multi-agent的混合流水车间动态调度系统:系统由管理Agent、工件Agent、机器Agent、策略Agent组成,提出了一种针对混合流水车间环境的插值排序算法并集成于策略Agent中。该算法适用于静态调度和多种动态事件下的动态调度。设计了各类Agent间的协调机制,在生产过程中各Agent根据各自的行为逻辑独立工作并互相协调。最后进行了发生机器故障、订单插入情况下的重调度以及在线调度等动态调度的实例仿真,验证了系统的有效性和灵活性。

Abstract: Abstract: Aiming at the uncertainties and dynamics in agile manufacturing and the features of hybrid flow shop scheduling problem, a multi-agent based hybrid flow shop dynamic scheduling system was studied. This system consists of management agent, job agent and machine agent, (HIS) for the hybrid flow shop environment was proposed and integrated into the strategy agent. This algorithm is suitable for static scheduling and dynamic scheduling under a variety of dynamic events. The coordination mechanism between the various agents was designed. In the production process, the agents work independently and coordinate with each other according to their behavioral logic. Finally, simulations of dynamic scheduling such as machine failure, rush order and online scheduling were carried out to verify the effectiveness and flexibility of the system.
