基于分数阶傅里叶变换和频谱增强的路面裂缝图像识别方法

Pavement crack image recognition method based on fractional Fourier transform and spectral enhancement

摘要: 针对从复杂的道路背景中难以有效识别路面裂缝的问题,提出了一种基于分数阶傅里叶变换(FrFT)和频谱增强处理的路面裂缝图像识别方法。首先,使用分块法和中值滤波对图像进行预处理;其次,通过分数阶傅里叶变换将裂缝图像转换为频谱图,并对频谱图进行区域去除和增强处理,使用分数阶傅里叶逆变换将处理的频谱图像转换为增强的裂缝图像;再次,通过对增强的裂缝图像进行图像叠加、取反和阈值筛选处理选出缺陷模板;最后,使用Canny边缘检测结合膨胀腐蚀和区域筛选阈值的方法对缺陷模板进行路面裂缝识别。与小波变换(WT)检测算法相比,分数阶傅里叶变换检测图像在准确率和召回率上分别提高了14. 35%和17. 1%,并分析了频谱增强倍数和減去阈值对实验结果的影响。实验结果表明,使用分数阶傅里叶变换与频谱增强处理的方法能够有效提高路面裂缝的识别率。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to identify pavement cracks from complex pavement backgrounds effectively,a method of pavement crack image recognition based on Fractional Fourier Transform(FrFT)and spectrum enhancement processing was proposed. Firstly,the image was pre-processed using the blocking method and median filtering;secondly,the fracture image was converted to a spectrogram by a FrFT,and the spectrum was subjected to region removal and enhancement processing. Fractional inverse Fourier transform was used to convert the processed spectrum image into an enhanced crack image;then,the defect template was selected by image superposition,inversion and threshold filtering on the enhanced crack image;finally,Canny edge detection was used in combination with expansion corrosion and area screening threshold method to identify pavement cracks based on defect templates. Compared with the Wavelet Transform (WT) detection algorithm,the detection method based on FrFT has 14. 35% and 17. 1% improvements in accuracy and recall,respectively,and the influence of the spectral enhancement multiple and the minus threshold on the experimental results was analyzed. Experimental results show that the method of Fractional Fourier Transform and spectral enhancement processing can effectively improve the recognition rate of pavement cracks.
