Abstract:By investigating the main physical factors that may affect the high-speed Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) generalized comfort, a portable generalized comfort test system was designed, which integrated all the sensors, signal adjusting modules, embedded data detection and computer system into a simulation human model, and this model was capable to test the generalized comfort in real-time without the requirement of car wiring and would not affect the operation of the train. The characteristics and requirements of the test system were analyzed, its components and operating principles were introduced, and the feasibility of this system was verified as well. The results show that the testing system is highly stable and precise.
